The staff was the best and excellent. I loved the room with shower in bath facilities. The bed was comfortable. Food was good.

The staff here were super nice and helpful, even arranging private parking for us. 🚗 The room was peaceful and cozy, with a lovely view of the ocean.

The location here was awesome, couldn't ask for a better one. The staff were top-notch, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was huge, they had everything from leftover pastries to omelets and even pancakes - all the breakfast

The room service were rather fine

This hotel is much much to expensive in comparison with what you get. The price for a "De-luxe room" is 552,00 usd witch is a bed and a table with a tv, no view.. Further you will have to pay 116,00 USD/day for breakfast and internet,+ City tax of 5% + Service tax of 10% + en turist tax of 7,00 /day. The staff is snoppish and rude, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone...ever.

The location was amazing, the breakfast was extensive and plentiful. Just a 5-minute walk away there was Cantagalo subway station. The staff were understanding and gave me good recommendations. The rooms were inviting 

In the twin room, there's climate control, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The staff here is top-notch, offering early check-in. Not to mention, there's a fabulous bar to enjoy some drinks 🍸. 

I recently got back from a fabulous stay at this newly opened hotel with calm and welcoming rooms.

The breakfast and other services were exceptional, and the central location in Copacabana with a cool rooftop view was amazing!

Oceanfront oasis with stunning views and helpful staff who promptly addressed any issues. Despite minor inconveniences, my stay at this well-positioned hotel was enjoyable. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway. 

The hotel is a total ripoff!! $9 for a bottle of water. They charge to print a boarding pass and no wifi.
